THE SHIPPING RATE IS ADDED TO YOUR ORDER AT CHECKOUT.
YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER. YOU CAN TRACK YOUR PACKAGE IN YOUR ACCOUNT ON THE WEBSITE OR ON THE CARRIER'S WEBSITE.

NYMFAVINTAGE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS CAUSED BY THE CARRIER OR CUSTOMS.

RETURNS

Purchases can be returned within three days of delivery in exchange for store credit.
Send an e-mail at contact@nymfavintage.com with subject "RETURN" before sending your item back, with invoice number. All items have to be returned in same condition with tracking number. Once the item is received and approved, store credit will be issued by e-mail.
The buyer is responsible for the shipping fee and/or any additional taxes.
We do not take responsability for lost packages.
Returns do not apply to jewelry, underwear and discounted items.

PAYMENT

NYMFAVINTAGE accepts payment via Credit Card (We use Stripe for a maximum security) and PayPal.

The products are vintage, carefully selected, and one-of-a-kind. Please note that due to their past lives, they may present some general wear and sometimes slight imperfections. The price reflects the quality and rarity of the piece. All prices are non negotiable.

Note that sizes vary depending on the brand and the era. Generally, the sizes are smaller than the ones indicated on the label. The size on the product page is the one that fits.
